We provide a safe space for all, including children. We offer child care during specific times so that our Moms and Dads can enjoy a workout with a peace of mind. Our staff and values are faith-based and we strive to meet the needs of each individual. Your children will enjoy coloring, playing in our playroom under supervision at all times, enjoying Bible bingo, singing songs, or exploring a kid friendly games led by our CPR certified staff.

At Pilates 3.0, our mission is to provide a place of healing and growth where we meet you where you are. We focus on injury prevention techniques while enhancing overall wellness, building a strong core, gaining strength, and improving stability in each class.
We offer modifications and challenges for each class and encourage each person to listen to their body.
